Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly ship to families all around the world.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we work to process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications. However, once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

  • PayPal


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with shipping beginning the following business day.
Note: During holidays or sale periods, processing may take a little longer.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery may take 1-2 weeks.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an item that is defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Any additional details

We’ll do our best to resolve your case quickly and smoothly.


When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are always credited back to your original payment method.

  • For credit/debit cards: refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving your return or cancellation request.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you don’t see your refund posted, please contact your bank or credit card company directly.
